Airtel launches Online desktop
Airtel recently launched what they call "World's first Windows-based Online Desktop on Airtel broadband– powered by Microsoft and Nivio" The feature can be compared to Microsoft's skydrive , Nivio 's windows based online desktop and YouOS which is now shut down. The closest thing to an online desktop that google has is the ajax based igoogle which allows us to add widgets of our choice. It will be interesting to watch the next form this takes.. a business solution similar to a CRM tool that could be launched from the online desktop might just be the next step in this league.
